Backstage Software, Inc is a small software development company located in West Palm Beach. We have been in business since 2001 and in the past focused on guest services software for cruise ships. Recently our president started working out at a Crossfit gym. He noticed that there was not an easy way to track the work-outs being done at the gym, and it was almost impossible to track progression on strength movements. We surveyed the market place and didn't find a solution that kept the feel of the traditional whiteboard while adding the ablity to track and use personal records, and WODWhere was born.
Installing software on a cruise ship requires that software be 100% stable, reliable, secure and intuitive. These were the traits that became the foundation for the development of WODWhere. WODWhere was developed to be rock solid in operation while easing the transition from a manual white board to an electronic whiteboard accessible at the gym, at home or on the road.
Backstage Software is led by Louis Bradley, a software professional with over 35 years experience in the industry. Louis started his career in academia and then moved to a large entertainment company where he progressed through the ranks. Today, Louis is both running Backstage Software and is studying for his PhD in Computer Science at Florida Atlantic University.
